CC&M February Blog Hop - Movement Cards

Hello everyone & welcome to the February Creative Cuts & More Blog Hop!!!
We are all super excited to share our ideas using the amazing MOVEMENT CARD dies available through CC&M!

Hopefully you are joining me from Chris Dickinson's blog (doesn't she do BEAUTIFUL work?!), but if not, you will want to begin at the beginning - the Die Cut Diva blog - so that you don't miss any of the ideas our talented design team has to present to you today!!!

Now, let's get, well, MOVING!!
It's Becky here this month & I picked two of these great Movement cards to work with...the Standing Pop-up Card & the Twist A2 Card (Which is an exclusive card to CC&M!).  (You can check out all the other options here.)

I ordered the Standing Pop-up Card in a shades of greens thinking I would do a St. Patrick's Day card, but then changed my mind & decided to do a Birthday card for my MIL (her b-day was yesterday! Happy B-day!) using a fun vintage-style image of birds/flowers from my stash...
I LOVE how this card will fit in the envelope all folded up so that the recipient doesn't even know what they've got until the pull the tag up!!
Give the tag a gentle little tug & viola!
A sweet little standing card to enjoy on your special day!

For the fun Twist card, I went along with my original St. Patrick's Day theme...
It comes out of the envelope like this...The recipient grabs the corners & gently pulls...
And as the card spins around...
The back of the card is revealed!
I used a vintage image on the front, smudged some Walnut Distress Ink all over the card & then on the back, I dry embossed swiss dots onto a white Small Filagree Square & roughly embossed it with green powder & used my Dymo labels for the sentiment!

That's it for me today!
Now it's time to hop on over to Noelle's blog for some more fun Movement Cards!

Don't forget to check out Creative Cuts & More for a ton of other card options as well as themed dies, boxes, adhesive & more!

I just love that standing pop up card. I wish I'd had the elements to make one yesterday when I was creating my husband's birthday card for Friday. He would really get a kick out of this style. I just adore that hummingbird image.

Thanks everyone! Noelle & Jeri - the hummingbird image is actually a 7 Gypsies tag from their 97% Complete cards - Victoria, vintage birds (http://youratcstore.com/gypsies-complete-tags-victoria-vintage-birds-pi-2587.html). I wish it were a stamp! How fun would that be!
