Finally! Crop photos & more!

Thanks to everyone who attended our first crop of the year!
We all had a blast & it was great to meet some new faces!
We laughed, worked, shared some tricks & stories, ate tooo much & did a little "black market" shopping!
(Thanks to those that joined in on that little excursion! We hope you are enjoying your Scrap-a-Teeny goodies!!)
We plan on doing another one real soon & hope to keep the momentum up every 6 weeks or so!
We are hard at work thinking of some new classes to teach & possible a goods-swap too!
Thanks again for all the great feedback too!
The Make-n-Take Table - everyone had a chance to make this adorable note pad!

It didn't take long for everyone to settle down, spread out & get to work!

Shirley worked on a "mad-money can" in the first 10 minutes!!
Alex, who doesn't scrapbook, always brings some fabulous projects to work on - usually involving beads & BLING! Today was no exception! She blinged these Chucks up for her sister! Lucky Girl! Aren't they adorable!!

This was my space towards the end of the night. I managed to complete one project & started on my cruise album! (I apologize to my partners - I didn't get any good photos of them! But they were there too!!)
We had a ba-zillion grab bags! One for each lucky guest!

Veronica, Shirley & Nancy!
Noelle & Melissa!

Kris, Jill & Becky& Alex!

Our great friend Rachel Carlson, of Lost in the Attic & 7 Gypsies - (see her latest creation for them at http://sevengypsies.blogspot.com/2010/02/linen-heart-pillow.html), gave us a fabulous prize to giveaway to one lucky winner! We made them work for it by answering 5 tough questions related to the scrapbooking industry. It was a tie between Melissa & April, but April won out in the end!

Rachel was very secretive about what was inside - wouldn't even tell us! AND the little stinker taped the box with PACKING tape so we couldn't peek! But it was soooo worth the wait! Many of us were very jealous of April!! A box of 7 Gypsies goods is no laughing matter!!! It was very appropriate that April one - she is an very talented artist & belongs to an ATC circle! She will have a blast working with these goodies!
Thanks again Rachel for making this possible!

WAAAYYYY too much yummy food to share!! Plus pizza in the evening to keep us going!

Throughout the day, we shared funny stories & debated about trimmers & scissors...

Melissa still thinks her Cutter Bee scissors are the best, even though we all swear by the Tonic/Tim Holtz ones. And, Melissa shares her newest trimmer with Becky & Noelle from Fiskars, debating why no one can come out with one that lasts & cuts straight!

And, of course, things always get a little silly late in the night... Noelle giggling after a few beers & crazy Kim G. dancing like a redneck for us! (we decided to keep the photos for future blackmailing needs!!) LOL

Thanks again to everyone that came! We had so much fun with you all & super big
THANK YOU to Noelle & Heather for staying to the end & helping us clean up, saving us from having to go back in the morning!!
YOU ROCK!!
